Setting up a live stream using Zoom

As an admin you can stream directly into your Zenvoy community using Zoom®, or another streaming service. Your members may watch, comment, and ask questions directly into a live feed which is also recorded and available for later viewing. Here are the steps to help you start your stream:

  • Login to your community's Adminland and select the Live Broadcast icon from the header menu. Copy your community's Stream URL and Stream Key from above the Stream Preview Player.

Helpful reminder: Your stream key is unique to your community. Make sure you update Zoom to use this key or live streaming will not work.

  • In a new tab, visit https://zoom.us/ and click My Account from the Zoom header menu.
  • First click on the 1Meetings Tab in the left-hand Zoom menu then select 2Personal Meeting Room.
  • Scroll down to reveal the 1Live Streaming Settings. Click 2Edit and enter your community's unique Stream URL and Stream Key.

Helpful reminder: You may use https://www.zenvoy.com for the Live Streaming Page URL.

Going live in your community

  • Before you can "Go Live" make sure to enable 1Live on Custom Live Streaming Service inside your Zoom Meeting's More menu.
  • Once your Live stream is established you may create a new Broadcast. Select the Setup Live Broadcast button to name and tag your streams content and topics.

Helpful reminder: Adding relevant tags to your broadcast will help point your stream's content to relevant members of your community. These tags can be changes or removed at any time.

  • Your stream's Broadcast Title and Description will be shared alongside your streaming video content.
